How the Orbiter Fund Raising Formula works:

There are two Co-Chair Volunteers. Co-Chairs are responsible for 1) Finding three sponsors for the event, 2) Finding 10 Team Captains and 3) Motivating and holding accountable their Team Captains. The Co-Chairs sell three levels of sponsorships, Gold, Silver, and Bronze. 

Team Captains are responsible for 1) Raising $150 Team Fee, 2) Finding team small business sponsor $250, 3) Finding and motivating Team Members (no limit in size). Each Team Member pays a $50 entry fee. 4) Most importantly, motivate Team Members to raise money from family and friends $5, $10, $20, $50, etc.

Awards are given to teams for best race times as well as most money raised. This method is designed for redundancy. Since they are all volunteers, some will not perform as well as others or not at all. This is part of the plan, have fun, and grow it each year.
